    "《梦》的英文版,正式定稿了,这是北美几位白人教授的心血,长达两个月的时间里,他们每日反复推敲,逐字逐句的与大乘经典法义对照,终于完成了这部著作,其中一位教授说,这是一部极其优美的灵魂著作,值得全世界的人,反复欣赏。"——2016.5.19

    “爱”必须理解为慈悲智慧才是佛教的真义,西方宗教的爱只是博爱的意思

    要破除我执傲慢,一念清净,万缘放下,寂静涅槃------必须找到善知识,次第修行才行

    《梦》
    月光皎洁,普照山河大地;
    The moon sheds her silver glory all over the earth, mountains and rivers.
    寂寥苍穹,悠远深沉;
    Remote and serene is the great dome of heaven.
    虚空中,明澈清晰的声音,犹如深谷钟声,
    From the solitude of sky came a voice, clear and bright, as deep as the sound of the distant bell in the ravine,
    于心底荡漾升起:
    Echoing through the waving depth of the heart… …



    放弃繁杂的概念,柔软心灵觉知,
    Discard complexity of concepts.
    Relax your senses and mind.
    你要知道,
    You should know,
    观念与思维,是觉知分别所现意识,阻碍了心性的真实。
    Opinion and thought are but perceptions of the mind,
    Obscuring the reality of nature divine.
    你所见的一切,是心见到了心灵记忆。
    Everything you see is the mind displaying the memory of itself.
    过去未来当下,是能见攀缘了幻见。
    Past, present, and future, are an illusory continuity of “the seer” clinging to “the seen”.
    思维的你,仅仅是蒙蔽在心灵上的灰尘,
    The thought-form of you is just like the dirt and dust that alights on the mirror of the mind.
    抹去灰尘,生命的实相即会展现;
    Wiping out the dust, the reality of your life unfolds itself.
    心在记忆中,所现梦境,而不挂梦境,
    From the memory of the mind, dreams arise, tangibly.
    Yet the mind itself is free of all dreams.
    见无所见,
    Seeing yet nothing seen in itself.
    见无染见,
    Seeing transcends the seen.
    离见遍见,于见中离分别,
    Free from all that is seen, seeing pervades every sight,
    With no distinction into any one sight.
    那就是我。
    That is “I AM”.


    我是如此简单,
    So simple, “I AM”,
    简单到无法以思维去分析;
    That it can be not perceived by thoughts.
    我的展现如此单纯,
    So pure, the manifest of “I AM”,
    单纯到情绪无法染着;
    That it can be not touched by emotions.
    真理就在幻垢身心,
    Within the illusory and defiled body-mind dwells the Supreme Reality,
    于妄念习气中,清净随顺;
    Shining forth through ignorance and habitual tendencies,
    Pure and effortless.
    佛性就在自我之迷惑,
    Buddha-Nature is right here and now in your delusory mind,
    于欲望贪婪中,清醒明澈;
    Radiating through lust and greed,
    Clear and transparent.
    没有思维理性可以通向我,
    No rational intellect was to reach me,
    只因意识即迷失的本觉;
    Merely because consciousness is but the deluded state of primordial awareness.
    没有行为可以还原我,
    No endeavor was to attain me,
    只因心识分别即造作我的妄想;
    Merely because divisive thoughts fabricate a misunderstanding of me.
    没有经验可以描述我,
    No experience was to describe me,
    只因体验是束缚我的镣铐;
    Merely because every sensation places bondage that limits me.
    一切都是本觉所为,
    Everything is the grace of primordial awareness,
    本觉依繁乱呈现生生不息,
    Whereby the manifold dance of illusory form appear in an unbroken and endless succession.
    在生命造作中,性空无挂.
    Yet pure awareness is detached from all deliberate action in the sphere of void.


    去爱你心中的敌人,
    Go forth and love your enemies.
    要知道,
    You should know,
    任何敌人,皆是心性中仇恨情绪所幻现,
    All enemies are created by the illusion of the mind filled with hatred.
    觉知的错愕,显现出爱与恨,
    Misperception of your true self gives rise to love and hatred.
    仇恨的心投射仇恨的相, 犹如海水泛起的波浪,
    As waves of the ocean blown and tossed by the wind, the mind of hatred casts the image of adversary.
    敌人与你的仇恨,原本是一体;
    What you hate and hatred itself are inseparable.
    爱你的仇敌,就是宽恕你自己,
    Loving your enemies is to forgive yourself.
    消散了仇恨的浪花, 安抚觉知的错愕,
    When the waves of hatred subside, the disturbed mind rests naturally at peace.
    宁静平和的情绪,
    The tranquil and peaceful state,
    那就是我。
    Is “I AM”.


    一切爱侣亲友,皆是心灵的宿债,
    All lovers, relatives, and friends are but karmic debts of your minds,
    犹如海面上,浪花泛起的泡沫,
    Like the tossing foam amid waves of the sea.
    是心中的爱染折射我,成为你眼中的亲友眷属。
    It is the reflection of me in the taint of your love and desire that presents the kinship tangibly in your eyes.
    清净身心,不再被泡沫的喧哗扰乱心智,
    Purify your body-mind, let go the perpetual foaming of thoughts.
    泡沫散去,大海深沉不动,如虚空般映照身心,
    When the foaming is dispersed, the ocean-swell is at one with its peaceful depths,
    As immense as the void illuminating the body and the mind.
    空融于无,
    The void dissolves into the nothingness.
    那就是我。
    That is “I AM”.


    开放你的心灵,
    Open now the gate of your mind, widely,
    不再用理性观念的闸门,阻碍心灵觉照,
    Let not the flow of rational thoughts shutter the light of awareness.
    生命之路,原本坦荡,
    Way of life is utterly simple and straight,
    犹如晴空无有杂染,犹如月光未曾染色,
    As clear as the cloudless sky,
    As translucent as the blemish-free moon.
    因你的思维造作,给生命加以命运的起伏,
    It is your mental fabrication that inflicts life’s ups and downs,
    在空旷的平原树立起高山屏障,
    As if erecting a mountain barrier upon the open plain.
    一丝疑虑,即是一道深谷;
    A trace of doubt stripes a deep groove.
    一丝贪着,就是一座高山;
    A hair of craving upholds a great hill.
    一念仇恨,就是狼虫虎豹;
    An instant of hatred beckons frightening beasts (wolves, serpents, tigers, and leopards)
    一丝爱欲,就是沼泽湖泊。
    A flicker of eros creates swamp and lake.


    你忘记了原始的面目,
    Forgetting your true self,
    磕磕绊绊,满心艰苦行走在妄想的旅途,
    You stagger around in a dream-land with a heart full of sufferings.
    因为无明贪爱,所现孤独无助的身心,
    Enticed by the lures of ignorance and cravings, you find yourself helpless and lonely.
    心灵爱欲取舍,造就了生死梦境,
    It is your craving and striving that perpetuate the dream-like Samsara,
    塑造着灾难烦恼,
    Forging all calamities and troubles.
    离开束缚心灵的贪婪习气,就会见到我,我就是你原始的模样。
    Leaving behind all bondage of sick desires and dead habits, you come nearer to meet with me in yourself – the primal appearance of your true Self.


    彻底放弃自我,
    Let go of the ego, completely.
    就拥抱了生命的完整,
    Only then you embrace the life as a whole.
    生死长河皆是由你心性展现,
    The stream of life and death flows only in your mind.
    释放自我保护的恐惧,
    Liberate the fears that urge to protect yourself.
    舒缓轻柔的心即大爱海洋,
    Then the mind relaxed and gentle becomes the vast sea of great love.
    爱脱离语言,
    Great love is beyond words.
    爱蕴涵真理,
    Great love implies truth.
    爱扫荡邪魔,
    Great love raids demons.
    爱驱逐黑暗,
    Great love dispels darkness.
    爱是祝福,宽恕,与自律,
    Great love is blessings, forgiveness, and self-discipline.
    爱是离舍的根本,是光明的流动,是安泰的喜悦,是极乐的满足,是终结恐惧的神灵,
    Great love is the root of renunciation, the flow of divine light, the peaceful joy, the bliss of great fulfillment, and God ending all fears.
    见到内心深处的大爱,你就见到了我,
    When great love springs from within, reality unveils my face to you.
    依靠内心离我的奉献,融化自我煎熬的坚冰,
    Truly devote yourself without reservation and regret.
    The force of the ego that fuels all the suffering melts away.
    纯爱照亮的身心,
    Sacred love enlightens the body and the mind, within and without.
    接纳所有即是我的容颜。
    Accept what life brings, that is the face of “I AM”.



    我是纯然无有造作,
    Absolute and natural,
    是裸露的喜悦,是自由的解脱,是明澈的当下,是轻柔的安详;
    “I AM” the naked joy, the natural liberation, the transparent Now, and the tender peace.
    美好不足以描述我的灿烂,
    Beauty is insufficient to convey my gorgeousness.
    伟大不足以评价我的质朴。
    Greatness is insufficient to assess my simplicity.
    本觉是如此直观,
    “I AM” so self-evident,
    众生见闻觉知就是我,
    That the seeing, hearing, feeling, and knowing of sentient beings are all ultimate me.
    可是众生因所想所见所知,就是见不到我,
    Yet, sentient beings are deluded by their own thinking, seeing, and knowing, and unaware of me.
    只因为被众生所见,污染了我的单纯;
    Merely because what they perceive defiles the utter simplicity of me.
    本觉亘古自然,随处皆是祂的身影,
    The primordial awareness pervades all as it ever is.
    可众生就是无法认识,
    Yet it can be not realized by sentient beings,
    只因头脑的思虑,蒙蔽了心灵的眼睛。
    Merely because the incessant stream of thoughts blinds the eye of their hearts.


    我是众生原始的本觉,
    “I AM”- the primordial awareness of sentient beings,
    随着生死梦境,清醒地伴随着你们;
    Ever aware in the cyclic dreams of birth and death.
    我是众生的喜怒哀乐,
    “I AM” - the essence of your happiness, anger, sorrow, and joy,
    随着妄想起伏,无染觉照那就是我;
    Pure and alert in the arising and resting of thoughts.
    我是众生见闻觉知,
    “I AM” - the nature of your seeing, hearing, feeling, and knowing,
    随着你们的心灵觉受,意识分别,所现缘起缘灭,
    Witnessing dependent origination and destruction through your sensory experience and intellectual discrimination.
    却在生灭中如如不动;
    Yet unfixed and unperturbed in all births and deaths.

    一切境界因心灵分别而升起,
    All fantasies emerge from distinctions of your mind.
    我在你的所见之中,清净无挂;
    Yet, “I AM” not affected or changed by whatever you perceive.
    宇宙倒影着我,
    The universe mirrors “I AM”.
    因妄想中你辨认了我,现出众生原始的光明;
    Striving to recognize "I AM" in delusion gives rise to the primal light of all life-forms.
    我是你心灵深处,仇恨幸福,爱欲分别的体验源头,
    “I AM” the source of hatred and happiness, love and desire in the deep of your being.
    当众生沉浸于生命的体验,
    When you are indulged in the colorful experience of life,
    体验却扰乱自性祥和,
    Experience disturbs the peaceful state of your self-nature.
    体验成为了你,
    Experience then takes the beingness out of you,
    遗失了本初无染纯明,
    Obscuring the primordial pure awareness.
    疑虑呈现出光明,
    Delusions discriminate the existence of light.
    觉悟体现出智慧,
    Enlightenment embodies the light of Wisdom.
    因分别而现世界,
    When the discriminative mind comes into being and creates distinctions, the world appears.
    你是我的迷失,
    You are the ignorant form of me.
    我是你的原本,
    “I AM” the original nature of you,
    我就沉睡在你的心底。
    Laying asleep in the deep of your heart.
    世界倒映着本觉,
    The world is the reflection of self-awareness.
    本觉随倒影而圆觉,
    And the awareness is of absolute perfection in its reflection.
    烦恼即是菩提,
    Affliction is but Bodhi.
    菩提相伴烦恼,而性寂如如;
    Bodhi is together with afflictions, never apart, in the vast expanse of timeless stillness.
    众生即是我,
    Sentient beings are essentially me,
    我即是众生,
    “I AM” no other than sentient beings.
    众生体证身心如幻,就在接近我;
    The body and the mind are pure illusion,
    Closely examine that you come nearer to me.
    众生思维诸法性空,就在寻找我;
    All dharmas are void in self-nature,
    Thoroughly contemplate that you are approaching me.
    众生体证自心现量,无垢染之心,
    What you see is all but your mind,
    Fully aware that you get free from all attachment and defilement,
    那是我的身影;
    Which is the form of “I AM”.
    众生熄灭思虑情绪,
    When the train of emotions and compulsive thinking come to an end,
    思虑融入自性明寂,
    The discursive mind melts into the nature of pure awareness.
    离幻即觉,即是我梦醒之时;
    When all illusions utterly vanish, “I AM” awakening in you.
    当下即永恒,
    Eternal is Now.


    我伴随无始劫宇宙成住坏空,
    “I AM” along with the formation, abiding, destruction, and ultimate void of the entire universe in beginningless kalpas.
    缘起性空那就是我;
    The void nature of all dependent origination is “I AM”.
    我安住虚空无量众生心灵,
    “I AM” abides in the minds of innumerable sentient beings in the vast expanse of space.
    于刹那妄想中熠熠生辉,
    Illuminating every delusional moment with marvelous brightness.
    众生依身心幻业,折射我的性质,呈现命运起伏,
    Reflection of me in illusory karma-bound minds brings out the rise and fall of life.
    众生依疑虑烦恼,
    Enslaved by delusions and afflictions,
    寻找我的道路,幻现八万四千法门。
    Sentient beings are seeking the path of me,
    This gives birth to the eighty-four thousand dharani-teaching.


    意识因心性的紧张所呈现,
    Consciousness arises from the restless heart.
    情绪因焦虑的攀缘所呈现,
    Emotion arises from the anxious mind frantically seeking relief.
    觉知因心灵不确定之疑虑所呈现,
    Perception arises from the confusion and uncertainty of the self.
    自我因迷失的恐惧,紧缩感而呈现;
    Ego arises from the fear and obsession of the delusory mind.
    所有的体验本质皆是苦难,
    All experience is utter misery in essence.
    众生即是诸种苦患所呈现业果,
    Sentient beings are but the fruits of karmic deeds.
    迷失了本性, 沉沦习气煎熬,
    Forgetting the true self, you are goaded by habitual patterns and sufferings.
    因为你迷失了原始本来,
    Because of ignorance of your original nature,
    因为恐惧从而攀缘,
    You cling to the outward out of fear.
    为了证明幻心从而取舍幻境,
    Looking for proof leads you astray,
    You grasp at illusions,
    犹如不会游泳的人掉入大海,
    Like drowning non-swimmers in the sea,
    拼命挣扎想要抓住救命的稻草,
    Struggling frantically to grasp the life-saving straw.
    迷失在无明梦境之中的你,却因为想要证实存在的真实,而迷失了原来的面目,
    It is the eager self-identification with whatever you perceive that makes you forget your true being, losing your way into the dream-land of ignorance.
    你是迷失的我, 我是觉醒的你,
    You are the ignorant form of me,
    “I AM” the enlightened one in you.
    你是我在梦境中的寻找,
    You are the pursuant state of “I AM” in dreams.
    寻找停息,
    When the chase ends,
    那远离疑虑,无需寻找的即是我。
    That ever-present, free from all delusions, is “I AM”.
    本觉未曾离舍众生,
    The primordial awareness has never been apart from all beings.
    众生离舍自我,
    When all beings renounce their ego-self,
    心无所得即是本觉。
    That non-attainable is but awareness itself.



    看到世界的眼睛,不因所看改变了能看功能;
    The faculty of seeing with eyes that see the world is the changeless among the changeful sights.
    分辨善恶的意识,不因善恶改变了分辨功能;
    The faculty of discerning with mind that distinguishes good from evil is the changeless among the changeful deeds.
    储存对错真假概念的记忆,不因真假概念,停止思维运行;
    The faculty of conceiving with memory that records concepts true and false, and right and wrong is the changeless among the changeful concepts.
    感受悲伤或者喜悦的心,不因体验觉受,而改变能体验的觉知;
    The faculty of sensing with heart that feels pain or pleasure is the changeless among the changeful experiences.
    心见上帝也见魔鬼,
    The vision of God and the vision of demon, when arising, arise from the mind itself.
    见性不因上帝而高贵,不因魔鬼而卑微,
    Yet, the essence of the mind is the changeless, becoming not holy in sight of God, nor disgraced in sight of demon.
    心灵所见一切,不过是心灵能见之性在波动;
    Whatever you perceive is nothing but the turbulence of your mind.
    我以你的心呈现世界,
    It is through your mind that the world appears in “I AM”.
    世界熄灭于心,
    When the world merges with the mind indistinguishable,
    妙明轻安,那就是我,
    That marvelous awareness at peace is “I AM”.
    随净则净,随染则染,
    Neither entertaining the pure.
    Nor rejecting the impure,
    于十法界处处呈现,
    “I AM” omnipresent in all directions of Ten Realms of Dharma,
    却在一切名相中,落落清净。
    Yet remains natural and unconditioned in every name and shape.


    以众生生灭因果,呈现我的迷惑;
    All kinds of activity, birth-and-death, cause-and-effect, are the delusory state of “I AM”.
    以世界众生诸相,呈现我的生命;
    All forms of life and the world as such are the beingness of “I AM”.
    以诸法真理,呈现寻找我的道路;
    All Dharma and truth are the paths in search of “I AM”.
    以万物自然,呈现我的流浪;
    All creatures and the nature are the drifting of “I AM” in cyclic existence.
    以微尘佛土,呈现我的烦恼;
    All realms of Buddhas dwelling in fine mote of dust are the compassionate response of “I AM”.
    以众生自我,呈现我的煎熬。
    All ego-selves of sentient beings are dreadful suffering of “I AM”.
    在生灭中观察生灭的,就是清醒;
    The witness that witnesses the arising and the ceasing is the consciousness.
    清醒熄灭对生灭的观察,就是觉悟;
    When the consciousness is released from the witnessing mind,
    Enlightenment comes in.
    见与所见,无二无别,
    Perceiving and the perceived are never apart but ultimate One.
    清醒与迷茫,无二无别,
    Realization and ignorance are never apart but ultimate One.
    众生与诸佛,无二无别,
    Sentient beings and Buddhas are never apart but ultimate One.
    生灭与永恒,无二无别,
    Transience and eternity are never apart but ultimate One.
    真实与虚妄,无二无别,
    Reality and illusion are never apart but ultimate One.
    烦恼与菩提,无二无别,
    Affliction and Bodhi are never apart but ultimate One.
    天堂与地狱,无二无别,
    Heaven and hell are never apart but ultimate One.
    轮回与涅槃,无二无别;
    Samsara and nirvana are never apart but ultimate One.
    觉与所觉,本来性空,
    Enlightenment and enlightened from the outset are void in nature.
    见诸相非相,就见到了我;
    Realizing that all forms are essentially formless,
    You meet with me.
    你的烦恼,就是我的妙觉。
    The real nature of your afflictions is but the marvelous awareness of “I AM”.


    当佛教徒念经,
    When Buddhists read Sutra,
    口诵诸佛的名号,
    Chanting Buddhas’ names,
    你要知道,
    You should know,
    他们所念的佛,那就是我;
    What they chant is me.
    当上帝教祈祷天主,
    When the Church of God pray to God,
    虔诚忏悔,
    Truly repent.
    你要知道,
    You should know,
    心灵所祈祷的圣灵,那就是我;
    The prayer of the Holy Spirit is me.
    当外道行者,拜火拜月,
    When heretics worship the Fire or the Moon,
    祈求神明加持,
    Praying for the spiritual power of Gods,
    赞叹造物主的伟大,
    Extolling the greatness of the Creator,
    你要知道,
    You should know,
    神迹之光,那就是我;
    The light of miracles is me.
    老子称我为道,
    Lao-tze calls me “the Tao”.
    佛陀说我是性,
    Buddha names me “the Nature”.
    外道尊我为上梵,
    Heretics honor me “the Supreme Brahman”,
    众生追寻我为真理,
    Sentient beings hunt for me as “the Truth”.
    依众生不同的认识,所现认识我的不同众生,
    From different knowledge of "I AM" are born sentient beings of different realms.
    众生与我,却是一体同心,
    Yet sentient beings and "I AM" are uniform and in essence One.
    认识我就有了你,
    The sense of “I AM” gives birth to you,
    熄灭你心就是我,
    When the object-craving mind vanishes, and there then is no you but “I AM”.
    在众生分辨中,我无取无舍,无垢无净,无生无灭,未曾远离。
    Neither taking nor rejecting, neither tainted nor pure, neither living nor died. “I AM” ever-present in perceptions of sentient beings, never apart.

    本觉以一切展现,
    All is the manifestation of primordial awareness.
    随顺因缘生灭,却远离生灭,
    Everything happens as it happens by interacting causes and conditions, spontaneously,
    Yet “I AM” transcends all the arising and the ceasing .
    随顺万物更迭,
    “I AM” follows cycles of growth and decay of all creatures.
    众生所见诸行无常,就见到了我;
    All phenomena are impermanent like a mirage,
    Realizing this, you then come to see me.
    我伴随众生生死轮回,
    “I AM” follows cycles of birth and death of sentient beings,
    随日月星辰更替,
    Moving with the rhythms of the moon, sun, stars and constellations.
    随天地自然变化,
    Changing with the Nature, Heaven and Earth.
    众生见到诸法无我,就见到了我;
    All dharmas have no underlying self,
    Realizing this, you then come before my presence.
    我在众生心里,身里,意里,
    “I AM” in your mind, in your body, and in your consciousness.
    意识挂不住的单纯觉醒,那就是我,
    The pure awareness, which can be not held by consciousness, is me.
    我渗透众生细微觉知,
    “I AM” pervades most subtle inquiry of the mind,
    在妄念瞬息生灭中,刹那间如如不动,
    Unshaken timelessly at instant flash of a thought.
    体验融化于安详,
    Experiences melt into inner peace of serenity.
    安详熄灭了体验,
    And serenity erases all experience up into itself.
    当体验脱落,无生即觉照,
    When all perceptual experiences are detached from the mind,
    The essence of mind is unborn but the luminous awareness,
    如如圆满倒影着我,
    Reflecting “I AM” in unsurpassed perfection.
    众生思维万法性空;
    When sentient beings examine the void nature of all dharmas,
    熄灭妄念,性空无住,那就是我。
    Extinguish illusory and divisive thoughts,
    The void nature of non-attached awareness is “I AM”.


    若想如实的认识我,
    Truly to know me,
    就去烦恼中寻找我,
    Dive down into the depth of your afflictions in search of me.
    烦恼与真理皆是我的身影,
    Afflictions and Truth are both a figure of me.
    寻找真理的心,
    The mind seeking the truth in the mind-self,
    在烦恼中,看到了烦恼的源头,
    Sees directly into affliction and finds its essence.
    就是心寻找到心灵自己,
    Then the mind realizes the true self.
    在欲望肆虐的满足中,你遗忘了本初的圣洁;
    In the fulfillment of raging desires, you forget your original nature divine.
    在舒缓松坦的心灵中,
    Rest at ease,
    安详接纳所有的痛苦,
    Peacefully accept all pain and suffering for whatever it is,
    不回避也不排斥,
    Neither shunning, nor resisting.
    紧张在停歇的心中融解,
    The restless dissolves in the stillness of the mind.
    你会觉醒认知的本质是错觉,
    And then you are to be aware,
    That all knowing is in essence misperception.
    彻底开放的心灵,全然接纳了当下,
    Widely opened mind,
    Allows everything to happen as it happens, completely,
    不排斥觉受的体验,也不分别妄想之觉察,
    Neither resisting the experience of your sensation,
    Nor discriminating the observation of your delusions.
    清醒的接纳所有,安详消散了分辨,
    Welcome all consciously,
    The restless mind of distinction and separation then loses its limits in its self-settledness.
    不可思议那就是我。
    That inconceivable is - “I AM”.


    世界是心灵与心影在对话,
    Way of the world is but a dialogue between the mind and its shadow.
    心是我,
    The mind is where “I AM”.
    影是你,
    The shadow is who you are.
    你是我的呼吸,我是你的自性;
    The life breath of “I AM” grants your beingness.
    The nature of your beingness is all but “I AM”.
    大喜悦自深沉的舒缓中释放,
    Great bliss springs forth in the profound release of the mind at ease.
    自我辨认的紧缩在舒缓中消融,
    In the relaxed state, the restless of self-identification comes to an end.
    当广袤无限的喜悦淹没了意识,
    When the vast and boundless bliss flood the finer movement of the mind.
    觉性清澈的光芒,于无作意中朗然圆明 ;
    The radiance of pure awareness illuminates forth spontaneously, clear and complete.
    安详融化了体验安详的觉受,
    The serenity of the mind becomes one with its infinite expanse.
    无挂即不动;
    Undisturbed is the mind unbound.
    无杂是觉照,
    The state of awareness is always pure and untainted.
    挂不住所照之身心,
    Illuminating the body-mind through detachment.
    思虑熄灭,故不可思议;
    As the obsessive, worrying thoughts cease,
    The real is not anything perceivable.
    实相中没有描述,身心熄灭故不可说;
    The Supreme Reality can be not pointed out in words,
    When the self-identification with the body-mind disappears,
    The real is not anything expressible.
    随顺清净,
    Flow with life, without the least effort.
    无所住而生其心,
    Self-arising and self-liberated mind is free of dwelling.
    心无所挂即我的周遍;
    Transcends all attachments, which is the infinite totality of “I AM”.
    因为有你,故而有我,
    You arising, “I AM” arises.
    心心可得,你就是轮回;
    Taking the imaginary minds as the real, you are in samsara.
    明心见性,离幻即觉,
    Purify the mind and realize its true nature.
    Leave behind all illusions, you are the infinite awareness.
    不可说,无所得,
    Inexpressible, non-attainable.
    随缘不动,那是我极乐之自由;
    To be as it is,
    That is the blissful freedom of “I AM”.
    心与影相合,
    The mind merges in the self.
    烦恼与清净融合,
    Affliction melts in the heart of stillness.
    真理与虚妄熄灭,
    Distinction between the truth and the fantasy vanishes
    自我与世界寂灭,
    When the ego dies out, so does the imaginary world.
    见与所见寂灭,
    Seeing and the seen become void.
    觉与所觉寂灭,
    Awakening and the awakened fade out of distinctions.
    寂灭现前, 那就是我。
    When all separations come to an end, what remains is “I AM”.


    我远离形体,
    Free from form and shape,
    以众生万物体现无所不在;
    “ I AM” takes form in every form of beings.
    我超越生命,
    Beyond all life beings,
    以自然宇宙呈现生生不息;
    “ I AM” presents life in endless succession of the nature and the universe.
    我没有居所,
    Devoid of any dwelling place,
    以微尘佛刹所现遍际无穷;
    “I AM” pervades every mote of dust, where infinite realms of Buddha reside.
    我远离心识分别,
    Free from all distinctions,
    以善恶、垢净、高下、尊卑、美丑、生死,呈现自性平等无二;
    “ I AM” present the unity of the supreme nature beyond duality of good and evil, impure and pure, superior and inferior, noble and ignoble, beauty and ugliness, as well as life and death.
    众生于本觉中流转轮回,
    In the womb of “ I AM” sentient beings wander in the cycle of samsara .
    因迷失自性之义,
    Due to ignorance of their true nature,
    而沉沦在心性迷茫,所营造的烦恼苦海;
    Sentient beings are drowning in an ocean of suffering created by their bewildered minds.

    本觉无相,
    Formless is the primordial awareness.
    依众生相,呈现佛相;
    Form of sentient beings is form of the formless, the Buddha Himself.
    本觉无心,
    Mindless is the primordial awareness.
    依众生心,呈现清净;
    Mind of sentient beings is mind of the mindless, the ultimate stillness.
    本觉无住,
    Dwelling-less is the primordial awareness.
    依众生因缘生灭,呈现圆满不动;
    Movement of cause and condition is movement of the immovable, the unshaken completeness.
    本觉无我,
    Self-less is the primordial awareness.
    依众生无明烦恼,呈现寂照圆觉。
    The ignorant self of sentient beings is self of the selfless, the silent expanse of awareness in perfection.
    迷失了本觉,烦恼即名众生,
    False perception of one’s true nature creates afflictions,
    Which is how sentient beings come into being.
    众生觉醒了烦恼,烦恼即名菩提。
    When sentient beings awaken to the nature of afflictions,
    Affliction is no other than Bodhi.
    众生明心见性,则身心皆幻,
    Let your mind clear and your true nature emerge.
    Then this body-mind turns into pure illusion.
    幻本无生,无生即空,空无可得。
    Illusions were from the utmost never born,
    The unborn is absolutely spacious,
    And this spaciousness is non-attainable at all.


    你与我就是本觉,
    You and me are but one – the primordial awareness.
    犹如沧海泛起泡沫,
    Like bubbles out of the sea,
    泡沫熄灭,
    When bubbles burst,
    大海岿然不动。
    Stillness is the sea, as it ever is!


    原本无你,原本无我,
    There is neither you nor me in reality.
    你是我的幻觉,我是你的本觉,
    You are nothing but the delusion of me.
    “I AM” everything in the primordial awareness of you.
    我因你所现真理佛土,
    Buddhas’ lands appear nowhere but in your own mind.
    你消散了,我就融化在你的心底,
    When the sense of “I” vanishes, I AM” merges into the depth of your being.
    心消散了,你我原本一体,
    Go beyond the beingness, you become the original One with me.
    于因缘聚合中,远离生灭之挂碍;
    The Great Oneness is free of birth and destruction in the conjunctions of cause and condition,
    无智亦无得,
    No wisdom and no attainment whatsoever.
    无所得故,
    Because nothing were to be attained,
    你与我,皆因梦境所现,
    You and me exist only in the mind dreaming a dream.
    梦境本自清净涅槃。
    Yet, the essence of the dream is Nirvana itself.

    迷即你,
    Delusion is who you are.
    觉是我,
    Awakening is what “I AM”.
    迷幻消散,
    When illusory imagination vanishes,
    觉性本空,
    The naked awareness is ultimate void.
    空中无色,
    The great void transcends all forms and no-forms.
    即是圆照;
    That is illumination in perfection.


    因妄想彰显出你与世界,
    The sense of “I” and the world as such arise from the egoic delusion.
    自我即是灵魂之镣铐,
    Chains of ego fetter the soul.
    你阻隔了我的纯然,妄想塑造我的恐惧成为你,
    The “I-thought” of you obstructs the simplicity of me.
    Mistaken perception of me breeds the fear into your being.
    你在我的梦境中流浪生死,
    You are an idle dreamer lost in life and death in my dream.
    当你彻底抛弃所有自我获得,
    When you permanently abandon all egoic attainment,
    从觉知体验中苏醒了心灵,
    You are to awaken the true nature of your mind from sensory and intellectual experience,
    从意识思维中解脱了觉性,
    And return to the pure awareness free from the mental movement of your mind.
    见无所见,觉无所觉,
    Perceiving without a center of perception.
    Awakening without a state of awakenedness.
    生灭寂灭,你就是我,
    When all dualities of rising and ceasing come to an end fully, you are none but “I AM”.
    而我却从未来去,
    Yet, “I AM” never comes nor goes.
    空性无可证得,
    The voidness (sunyata) can be not acquired.
    见性无挂即是空;
    Non-attachment of the witness is void by itself.
    觉性不可攀缘,
    Intrinsic awareness can be not grasped from the outside,
    妄念熄灭即是觉。
    Extinction of all delusions reveals the naked awareness.
    心无所得,心不可得,
    The reality of mind is non-attainable.
    The reality of mind is unapproachable.
    远离颠倒梦想,
    Free from inverted perception and deluded thoughts,
    是你原始的样子,
    Ever there is your original being,
    那是我最初的倒影。
    - My initial reflection.


    修行道路在心地,
    The path of return resides in the heart.
    仔细甄别心性真伪,
    Look into your own mind and investigate carefully,
    破除我执傲慢,
    Cut off all attachments and pride.
    清净身心贪欲,
    Purify your mind-and-body of all desires and craving,
    你的成就,即展现我的清醒,
    Then only the awakening of me in yourself is your true achievement.
    那无染无挂,纯然无有造作的本初,
    That unblemished and unbound,
    That from the utmost pure and natural,
    那就是我拥抱你,你融于我,
    Is your return to me and “I AM” embracing you.
    始觉拥抱原始本觉,
    The awakening mind embraces the primordial awakenedness.
    我与你一体,从未分离。
    “I AM” always with you, never apart.


    犹如雨滴回归大海,
    As the return of raindrops to the sea itself,
    大海融化于虚空,
    And the sea vanishes in the void,
    空融于无,无融于寂灭,
    The void merges into the nothingness,
    Nothingness erases itself.
    当一念清净,我与你消散于当下,
    When the instant of thought you see into your own nature,
    Both you and “I AM” dissolve into the ever-expanding Now.


    世界原本是一场梦境,
    The world is no better than a dream without concrete reality.
    梦境苏醒,
    Once awakening,
    却实无做梦之人,
    Who would there be to dream the dream.
    不可说,是世界的本源,
    Inexpressible is where the world emerges.
    世界倒影着不可说,
    The entire world is the reflection of the inexpressible.
    依倒影所现众生与世界,
    It is through the reflection that all sentient beings take the shape, so the world.
    实相却在身心深处,远离思虑言说,
    Yet, the essence of your body-mind is but the real,
    Unbound by entanglement in discursive thoughts and elaboration.

    当身心世界尽皆融化于心,
    When within and without the body-mind and the world melt down into your heart.
    心只是一念,
    The heart is all but an instant of thought,
    那就是幻境升起之处,
    From where illusionary phenomena take place.
    诸法停息之时,
    When the manifold phenomena (Dharma) of the external world withdraw,
    宇宙众生皆是你,
    The whole universe and sentient beings are all you.
    生命却没有你的痕迹,
    Yet, you leave no trace in all beings.
    你就是我,性自真如,
    You are nothing but me, total awareness of oneself.
    寂静涅槃,
    Nirvana in silence!
    我与你,只因这一念幻现。
    The duality of you and me arises just from an instant of delusion.


    世界非世界,
    The world is not the world as it is.
    因众生辨认我,迷失自性而幻现世界;
    It (the world) is the creative play of the delusory mind outward turned into self-identification.
    众生非众生,
    Sentient beings are not sentient beings as they are.
    因妄起空华,幻现梦影而心;
    They are the minds losing themselves in the dreams, like phantoms of sky-flowers,
    心对梦影的攀缘,所现我的错觉,
    The mind clinging to the dream-show appearance is the delusion of “I AM”.
    错觉即众生,
    Delusion is the mind of sentient beings.
    无明乃世界,
    Ignorance is the cyclic existence of the world.
    我随因缘轮转,
    “I AM” moves along with the ever-recurring wheel of causes and conditions,
    于身心世界中无挂,
    And transcends all mental images and worldly affairs.
    无来无去是名当下。
    No coming nor going,
    Now arrives at the timeless.


    过去与未来, 众生与诸佛,
    Past and future,
    Sentient beings versus Buddhas,
    皆名当下,
    Are all in the eternal present.
    而当下只是一念分别,
    Yet, the present is but one instant of distinction.
    世界于一念呈现,随一念清净,世界清净;
    The world sprouts into being out of one instant (of distinction).
    When the instant is clear, so is the world as a whole.
    随一念寂灭,那无始劫梦境苏醒,
    When the instant is extinguished, the beginningless dream of endless kalpas awakens itself.
    轮回与涅槃,皆是圆满,
    Samsara and nirvana are ultimately of great perfection.
    烦恼与觉醒,平等无二,
    Afflictions and enlightenment are equal and non-dual in essence.
    众生界即佛界,
    The Realm of Buddha is nowhere but the worlds of all beings,
    众生心即佛心,
    The mind of sentient beings is one with the mind of Buddhas.
    过去与未来,即是当下,
    The past and the future are absolute Now.
    而离于言说的当下, 性寂如来。
    Yet, the inexpressible Now, silent in nature, is in itself Buddhahood.

    The illusory body is but Bodhi itself
    空镜心无生。
    The clear mirror of the mind is void and unborn
    无挂何曾拭,
    Ever Pure and untainted, what to clean
    亦尘亦如来 。

    Birth after birth yet none born in reality
    灭灭性无得。
    Destruction after destruction yet nothing destructed in nature
    身幻心无挂,

    纠正一句:轮回与涅槃即是圆满,这句有问题,------涅槃寂静是缘,但是轮回不是圆满,假如轮回到三恶道,还是悲剧呢

    涅槃寂静是圆满,但是轮回不能一概而论都说是圆满,我们学佛修行就是要避免轮回到三恶道,当然进去三善道是不错的,共6道

    老顽童师兄学《梦》的体会

    我叫徐希达,今年69岁,住北京通州月亮湾晓镇,95年信佛,学过净土,佛教,心中心,南传,皈依十几次,跑了上百个寺院,仍然在迷茫之中。12年8月缘遇谢安朔,学了寂灭法,看到了解脱的希望,决定誓死追随谢师。2014年12月8日早上6点业障现前,突然在厕所坐便器上昏倒,躺在厕所十个小时,豆大汗珠,全身衣服湿透,大约冒了一洗脸盆水。姑爷叫了救护车在楼下,拍了张死神照片传给老师,师说,死不了,还有十几年二十几年寿命呢!并让我扎耳垂放血,及喝山楂水药方。我告诉老伴,信老师,不去医院,姑爷付了110元车钱让救护车空车而回了。

    真假信仰生死时见!亲人把我抬到床上,二个月生活不能自理,全靠喂食,一动就晕,一翻身心脏就要止息,亲人们纷纷相劝住院,但是我相信老师,就算死,也要死在佛法中,死在《梦》的光明中!救命千条路,我只选择背《梦》这一条!

    病前老师发表笫一版《梦》,背了一多半又发表第二版《梦》,又沒背完第三版又诞生了。就在这个时期我倒下了,凭着对上师的深信不疑,我坚持天天背《梦》,天天用老师药方服药。在顽疾头晕和大脑的不清醒中,日日夜夜没有一天间断过背《梦》,每天不下六个小时。用了十个月时间,反复重复地背,老伴玩笑地称我成了《梦》的专业户!有一天终于背完了,而且很熟练,髙兴加激动每天最多背30遍,最少十遍八遍背。

    2015年10月最新版的《梦》又诞生了,四千多字,我知道,这对于性情急躁且患脑梗的我又是一次新的挑战和考验! 但是我更知道老师为救拔众生无明灵魂,以身殉道去实证真理实相的精神!我发愿:虔诚上师,从虔诚背《梦》开始,必须十二月前背下來!我灵魂之解脱,就寄托在《梦》里了!

    这次我是下大功夫了,可以说是到废寝忘食的地步了。每天夜里1点至3点一觉醒來,背《梦》1至3小时,多数2个小时,被窝放个手电筒,一本手抄版新《梦》。11月25日《梦》背下了,真理正法的结晶——《梦》、一部伟大的现代版《心经》,将要终生伴随一个迷失在无明梦境中的灵魂直到解脱!

    12月10日早1点醒來,习惯性地背起《梦》來,4点想休息,突然身周被一个“梦”字包围了,越来越多,向外遍布,天上的星星全是“梦”字在闪光,瞬间尽虚空布满,我知道这境相如真如幻,所以我不取不舍。突然我控制不住地泣不成声,惊醒老伴,她说你这会儿哭什么?我说不由自主了。三气哭了25分钟后,突然色身如泥,第一次体证到身柔软。老伴说这是《梦》的力量超拔了你的冤亲债主,他们在感激涕零!我同意她的看法。她让我写出体会分享,六点以前我头脑清凉的,头也不晕了,我觉得病根除了,身心柔软,直到现在半年多过去了,没留下一点后遗症。

    我的全部心思都在《梦》上,2016年3月2日至6日4昼夜只睡10个小时,也不困。这4天不怎么会说话了,一说话就结巴,也不能正常交流,6号晚上8点在炕上躺着,象是被强盗绑架了,半点动弹不得。9点腹部如婴儿要临盆,肚子又鼓又跳,感觉好像有脚从里边往外蹬。折腾半小时后渐渐平稳了。精神疲软,色身无力,示意老伴放《梦》听,5分钟后精神饱满,全身又有劲了。我突然明白,灵魂不是吃面包,而是需要正法喂养!从那以后全身轻松清凉!打坐见光。我说的不是天天方夜谭,而是发生在我身上的实实在在的事,这桩桩件件无一不证明着谢师教法的伟大和真实不虚。现在我用牙能刁着50斤大米上三层楼,这是从闫王殿门口回来的奇迹!我感恩谢安朔老师,感恩他所证悟的真理,感恩寂灭法的《心经》——《梦》!

    从死亡线上爬下来的我,今生已停不住迈向真理的脚步。我相信:只要我紧跟谢安朔老师,老老实实听谢师话,踏踏实实照老师的路走,认真背《梦》学法,今生必定能够解脱!

    《梦》是我的命

    我叫缘如,今年78岁,家住江西大余明仕街二排一栋。2011年因车颠把自己的骨质疏松症转化成了压缩性骨质疏松症,整个人缩短了半尺多,加上腰子和胃都下垂,还被查出要做胆囊结石手术,结果因身体太弱不敢动手。

    从2011年开始,连院门都不能出,要老伴端茶递饭,生活不能自理。去年11月底,师兄来看我,我哭着说,我求生不得,求死不能,念佛十几年,知道自杀有罪,天天求阿弥陀佛接我走,佛怎么就不来接我呀!我恨我的家人,老伴年轻时对我多亲密,现在要他端屎送尿了,他就不把我当人看,一天到晚不接我一句话。继子与儿媳虐待我,我不能吃白菜,说买包菜没那么凉,他们就是不买,天天白菜向着我,只好托邻居买回来,想想我一辈子的努力都付给了他们,房子啊,娶媳妇啊,到头来一场空 。

    就在我生不如死无法可想的当口,师兄介绍我学寂灭法,说学法后才能真念好这句佛,说学这个法一定能从痛苦中觧脱出来,我听她介绍老师与法,一连听了两个多小时,竟然坚持下来不觉得累,师兄说我听得眼晴都发亮了,看到老师的法像一看就很亲切,这就是所谓的缘份吧。我开始听《梦》,读《梦》,听录音,有一天跟着老师的录音做忏悔,内心深处翻出来的那种痛苦令我情不自禁嚎啕大哭,有生以来第一次这么彻心彻肺,自心现量啊,我不再恨我的家人了,我从心底里巴不得他们好,把念《梦》的功德回向给他们,我的身体竟然一天天在好起来。

    一个多月后师兄来看我,一进门就说,听了这么久的录音,读了这么久的《梦》,你这句阿弥陀佛念得蛮好了吧?我答,老实说,我没念佛号了,我相信一佛所化这句话,我本都是快要死的人,只想在活着的最后时刻能多听老师的法,啥也不想,把自己交给老师了,交给寂灭法了。我就是利用所有的时间来听《梦》读《梦》听录音,你看我现在竟然可以自己端屎倒尿,还可以拄着拐到院子里晒晒太阳,师兄问我骨头还疼不疼啊,我说疼啊,但我有招了,一疼我就对着老师法像说,苦中无我,唯有真理慈悲,病中无我,痛中无我,唯有真理慈悲,哎,挺管用,就容易挺过痛去。

    打这以后,师兄三两天上我家,看到我学法一个多月就能自理,还能帮家里倒垃圾,老伴也欢迎师兄,以前我佛友来他就给白脸,现在他说我变化大,脸上有了笑容,不像过去愁眉苦脸破坏家庭气氛,他说希望师兄常来,还问师兄前世是不是菩萨转世,师兄说我和你一样是凡夫,但我的老师是,你要看看他写的书吗?我老伴不信鬼神,说人没有来世,但由于亲眼所見我的巨大变化,竟向师兄要了《空华》看。

    我夫妇俩送师兄到院门口,我充满信心地说,等天气暖起来,我要走路上你家和大家一块学习!三月初,我真的拄着拐杖一个人走完了这段路,2011年到16年3月,这是第一次自已走啊!从这次后,我打车参加了每次的学习,我告诉同修们,是寂灭法是谢老师救了我的命啊!我每晚背着《梦》很快入睡,一大早醒来又背《梦》,多好呀,想想以前每曰每时分分秒秒那么难熬,所以一听说入《到家了》群就可以亲听老师的开示,我毫不犹豫地让家人去买放大镜,眼镜,手机,一定要紧跟我的救命恩人谢安朔老师,因为不跟着老师我没法活!

    惭愧眼睛太不好使,只有拼命读《梦》听《梦》听法,就是这样下决心把《梦》背下来,因为苦够了,又因为甜头尝大了,决心特别大,把新《梦》也背下来,整天都想到《梦》,离开祂就无法呼吸,生存也无意义啊!真是《梦》的世界,一天半夜矇眬中,是老师朗诵《梦》的声音喚醒了我的心灵,我清醒的,轻松的,有条理,有顺序,不再颠倒重复地背下了这篇圣典,顿时,多么舒服,多么欣慰,那是我有生以来从未曾有过的喜悦感觉。就在前几天的清早,我不颠倒次序地一口气背了三遍《梦》,我情不自禁地高喊:我太幸福了!我仿佛回到了青年时期,人整个都充满青春活力。在正法的熏陶下,看到所有的众生都可爱可亲,很想去拥抱他们,在这个世界上没有敌人了,只有我感恩的上帝——众生!感恩我的老父亲---谢安朔老师,顶礼恩师,顶礼《梦》,愿《梦》永世长存!

    寂灭法带起我全家有福,去年十一那天老伴中风住院,我打电话说,师兄不好意思啊,因为你是我的亲人,老刘住院了,我要你去看看他。师兄看望后告我,老刘也有学法的愿望,他说出院后要好好听你(师兄)讲一讲。出院后老刘落下中风后遗症,左眼有点耷拉,人中与舌头明显向右歪,说话不太清楚,师兄劝他读《梦》,说看看你老伴的变化,也许正因为亲眼目睹我身心的改变,他向我要了我那份《梦》,翻了翻,说,这二三页,我用几天也能背出来。三天后师兄一进门,他就嚷起来:这说的什么呀,什么见无所见,见无染见,意思都不懂,叫人怎么下手背?师兄说这讲的宇宙万事万物的真相真理,教授学一輩子也可能弄不懂,你一拿到就能懂,那我们一二十年学它干啥子,老师说不理解不要紧,只要肯学肯读就行了,你的灵魂听得懂,你看她多受益。我们三人又说到中风病况,老刘不得不承认,虽然他不懂意思,只是照着《梦》的字面读念,只三天时间,他的人中,嘴巴就明显正回了好多,除眼变化不大,说话清楚多了,在他读《梦》的第七天,他的眼,人中,舌头完全恢复到中风前的样子,他不懂法理,唯一只读《梦》,太不可思议了,《梦》太伟大了!我老伴说想请告诉老师,我要做到每天二十四小时心里读《梦》,我要一世解脱!我不想去天囯。

    我是江西出离,今年60岁,家住江西省,鹰潭市,月湖区,二O一三年底是师兄们送来老师《觉悟》的法本,就开始学法,但学法比较吃力,因为身体状况很不好,有颈椎病,高血压,出门到人家家里去时间稍微长一点就受不来,就要躺着,四处求医,住院,人说吃什么药好就去买什么药,根本没用,被那个颈椎折磨的我真是生不如死,用师兄们的话说整个人的脸相都被折腾成苦相。业障太大又看不懂老师的法,更谈不上和老师的法相印了。

    2014年10月份老师《梦》这篇文章修改出来了,我看到群里很多师兄都能背下来,我就发愿一定要把老师《梦》这篇文章背下来,从11月中旬开始我就读《梦》,开始跟老师读,读多了就快了,当时读一篇《梦》要20分钟,又每天读《梦》三篇,又给自己加到六篇,到最后每天九篇,当读到第九篇的时候全身发热,就有暖流从头顶通透到脚根,读到一个月的时候能背,还有点不熟,又读了一个月,通过二个月的读《梦》我能全部背下来,后来通过参加鹰潭本地师兄们组织的交流会,听大家在分享抄法,发现几个月没见的师兄在家抄法变化很大,在抄法的过程中实践老师的教法,发现她们在实证的过程中的体会是很有震撼力的。

    回去后暗自下决心一定要向师兄们学习,大量抄法。但愿望终归是愿望,要实践起来就不是嘴上说说那么简单。因颈椎一直不好,抄法时间稍长就全身痛,刚开始我抄法一天能抄两个小时,抄法两天就要休息一天,时不时被业障带动会对自己放松,但我自己心里很明白,我这一生是为真埋而来的。毕竟我们这块有师兄们抄法实证的例子在那里摆着。所以我就不断的忏悔,读《梦》,背《梦》,那段时间虔诚去背老师的《梦》每天都是全身发热,感觉老师就在我身边加持。所以我信心也越来越大,我一直以来是盘腿背《梦》,有一天我背《梦》的时候一直哭着背完九篇,我知道真理的慈悲,是我内心里面的众生他看到了希望。我天天抄法,原来抄法只是在文字相上,后来抄法能把心注到法里面了,我每天功课,早上起来是顶礼老师,跪拜在老师面前忏悔,背《梦》九篇,一天抄法至少是5个小时,通过六个月读《梦》,背《梦》,抄法,加上每天的忏悔。因为心里只装着《梦》,只想着要抄法,只想着我的生命只为真理而来,我的身体出现很大的变化,可以说是脱胎换骨的变化,身上过去被认为的所谓种种不舒服的疾病不翼而飞了。

    感恩上师,因当时是情感的感恩,再通过我一年跪拜在老师面前忏悔,我原来不知道什么是虔诚心,出离心,是通过忏悔这感恩的心出来了,虔诚心也有了,像我这样习气重的人,通过老师法理的“洗衣服”能把我身上这件污垢的脏衣服逐渐洗去,真的感恩上师加持。

    在读《梦》,背《梦》的时候我是真正的受益者,过去的裹着臭泥巴的僵壳脱落了,身体恢复正常人的状况,精气神也足,这种神奇的变化是不可思议的。

    老师在南京开示叫师兄们去弘法。我也觉得自己应该把学法的体会告诉更多的人,希望更多的有缘众生不要错过这回与佛同世的机缘。虽然我本人口才不好,但是当我跟着师兄们去弘法,在弘法时分享自己通过读《梦》,背《梦》身心发生变化的经历,外面的人听了很受益,都会双手接老师法本。通过跪拜在老师面前发愿,要把自己身边所经历的好的全部分享给有缘众生。

    今年5月底我与师兄在西安给我女儿的同学夫妻弘法,当时我分享了自己通过读《梦》背《梦》经历,就觉得很好让更多的众生受益,让有缘众生受持真理正法,师兄也谈了在医院弘法一亊,但对方一点也听不进去,他对自我看得太重,一肚子的愤怒,怨恨,一直在维护自我,在恐惧中挣扎,我讲了很多人通过学《梦》后奇迹,对他还是没有启发,当时我就想到了老师,只有自己忏悔,我和师兄就跪在老师面前忏悔,对十方三世诸佛诸菩萨忏悔,对我累始劫的冤亲债主忏悔,都是因为我的无明给他们造成的伤害,对不起都是我的错,请求你的宽恕和愿谅,老师,弟子出离一定会跟随老师修行到生命的最后一刻,虔诚上师的教法,当时有我女儿,和他同学夫妻,女儿同学媳妇感动得泪流不止,但那位同学的心还昰扭转不过来,后来我想到了赶快把老师的《梦》放出来听,《梦》一放出来震撼到他的心灵,他媳妇说听了老师诵《梦》,就像自己回到大草原上,心特别舒缓,一下子心就开放了,没有任何想法,这就是上师《梦》的威力无法想象,感恩上师慈悲让无明众生能信守真理正法,他们请了老师法本《梦》回家,我送了二个点播机给他们,叫他们一天到晚听,加了他们夫妻微信。

    我回去了以后一直在微信上联系,过了一个月后知道他病情恶化,我与他妻子说,你要抓紧时间跪在张龙身边去忏悔,把老师照片放在上面有加持,要他尽快放下心里的所有怨恨,因他的心太紧张,大恐惧,叫他把心里所有的怨恨放下,叫他全部讲出来给你听,你要全部接纳,向他忏悔每天忏悔二次,你一定要去做,这是救他的灵瑰,过了三天后我就问,你按我说的做了吗?我想了解一下,后来他说,通过她的忏悔,他爱人一个晚上睡的很安静,之前她拉不下这个面,只要能救他,就每天跪拜在老师面前忏悔两次,天天忏悔,我听了真高兴,感恩上师慈悲加持,通过他妻子不断的忏悔,他的嗔恨心慢慢在放下,他走之前通过师兄的帮助,临终前跪在他妈妈面前忏悔。他临走前半个月我叫女儿送老师《梦》给他在家里24小时播放。我到西安看他妻子,她说想到老师群里去学习,我真的很为她高兴,她爱人虽然走了,但是走的安详,她又信受了老师的教法。通过这件亊以后,才懂得什么是无我,过去只是在文字上没有实证,通过实证,我知道这件亊情一直是老师在做,感恩上师加持。

    再有一次6月11日我们一大家到龙虎山玩,因无我师兄哥哥身子一直不方便。我们就在宾馆住了一个晩上,到第二天早上我去看哥哥嫂子的时候,我就开始和他哥一起回忆他一生的经历,他在国企厂工作,每逢过年之际,他就帮人家杀猪,伤害了很多生命,还喜欢打猎——打鸟,打兔子等野生动物,一生杀了佷多生命,到50岁的时候,在车间被铜水铲断后脚胫,紧接着又脑血栓,一直到现在。我讲的都是实际情况,他也知道自己杀业太重,我就趁机说,你天天在老师面前向这些生命忏悔自己无明中造的恶业,你要天天听老师《梦》,听法,并且将自己的这些功德回向给被你杀害的无辜的生命。最后他说你现在变了很多,谢谢你们。我说要感谢就感谢我们的老师谢安朔,是他和他实证的真理救了我,改变了我。

    后来我把老师法像放前面,带着哥嫂跪拜在老师面前忏悔,向十方三世诸佛诸菩萨忏悔,向累始劫,今生所有的冤亲债主忏悔,因在无明中伤害到很多生命,给你们造了很恶业,对不起,都是我的错,请求你们的宽恕和愿谅,以后一定改,过程中我还向哥嫂忏悔,这几十年因我执,熬慢,自私,嗔恨给你们带来的伤害,请你们宽恕弟媳的无知,无明,从现在开我一定改正自己所有的过错,我会用大爱的心爱身边所有一切,通过忏悔怨恨化解了,只要在那刻做到无我,我们所有的事情都会改变。他说从现在开始天天听法,后来我把耳机挂到他耳朵上让他听,这样听法比较入心,我看这次他们是真正的接受老师法了,通过这个亊他一家人都赞同学老师的法,我嫂子学老师法一年多了,在家里天天抄法,一直没有进群,现在好了他们夫妻学老师法环境好了,能安下心来学法,是老师的慈悲加持。

    老师,学生出离到现在才真正理解到什么是无我,只要处处为他人着想,就在这一刻没有自我,不要把脸上这层皮看得太重了,学生出离感恩上师加持,我的生命只属于真理,我的修行就是忏悔中修,背《梦》,读《梦》,抄法,我每天的烦恼就是我修行的资粮。再次顶礼上师。
